Refund policy
Copper Bottom Swim happily accepts returns and exchanges on all full-priced purchases within 15 days of delivery. Purchases made using a discount code are not eligible for refund but may be exchanged or returned for store credit. All sale items are considered final sale.
For all returns, items must be unworn, unwashed and free of damage, with tags attached. Please ensure your return is in original packaging with invoice included in your return.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email hello@copperbottomswim.com with your order number and item(s) you wish to return.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. A flat rate of $10 will be deducted from your return to cover these shipping costs (not applicable on exchanges). Copper Bottom is not responsible for shipments lost in transit, and recommend that returns are sent with tracking and insurance for your protection. For exchanges, we are happy to cover shipping costs of the new order. Once we have received your returned garment, we will process a refund to the original method of payment, less original cost of shipping. Please allow for 2-4 business days for your bank to process the refund.
Copper Bottom Swim reserves the right to deny returns that don't meet our return requirements. If you have experienced a problem with your order, please contact us right away at hello@copperbottomswim.com.
