HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping within the United States and Canada is free on all regular priced orders! Shipping on international orders is $15 tracked on all orders. Shipping is $10 to the US and Canada for purchases under $100 (sale purchases). Shipping is free on all regular priced items within North America.
WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?
Orders shipped within the United States will arrive in 2-4 business days. Orders shipped within Canada will arrive in 2-8 business days. International orders will arrive in 5-22 business days, depending on destination.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange unworn merchandise within 15 days of the delivery date. For full details regarding our return policy, please visit our Shipping & Returns page. Note that sample sale orders are final sale.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY SWIMSUIT?
We offer exchanges on any unworn swimsuits within 15 days of delivery. To initiate an exchange, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number and exchange request. Shipping fees associated with returning the initial purchase are the responsibility of the customer, but we are happy to cover shipping costs of the outbound exchange. Note that sample sale orders are final sale.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you have modification requests or need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify, but we will do our best to accommodate requests.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accepted payment by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), debit card, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Use Shopify Pay for quick, express checkout.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS & DUTIES?
Orders shipped to the US and Canada will not be subject to duties. Copper Bottom Swim is not responsible for customs fees or duties charged on international orders. To calculate how much you will be charged for your order, visit simplyduty.com.
HOW ARE GIFT CARDS DELIVERED?
Gift cards can be purchased in denominations of $50, $100, $150, $200 and $250. They are delivered digitally by email, can be forwarded to another recipient and never expire.
DO YOU OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?
At this time, we do not offer price adjustments.

HOW DO SAMPLE SALES WORK?
Our sample swimsuits may have slight imperfections and are final sale. All products are in exceptional to perfect condition and we promise you'll love them equally as much as our regular swimsuits!
WHERE ARE YOUR SWIMSUITS MADE?
All of our swimwear is manufactured in Ljubljana, Slovenia from materials sourced in Italy, France and Spain. We have carefully selected an exceptional production partner that is committed to offering a safe work environment and fair wages to their employees. Working with a small manufacturer based locally has enabled us to be on the ground with them regularly since day one, working closely together from product development through production. HOW CAN I BEST CARE FOR MY SWIMSUIT?
Detailed care instructions can be found on the label of your garment. To best care for your swimsuit, rinse with cold water and lay flat to dry following each use. When required, cold wash with like colours and do not bleach, tumble dry or dry clean.
HOW CAN I BE NOTIFIED WHEN AN SWIMSUIT IS RESTOCKED?
If an item is sold out but has plans to be restocked, we'll include a button for you to request notification when the item is back in stock. If you don't see a place to be notified but want to request an item be brought back, please write to us and let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
